1. Croppin’ and Creatin’ with Cloud 9
Taught by Nancy Martinez
DESCRIPTION: Are you overwhelmed with the amount of product and tools on the market today? Do you feel like you can’t keep up? Come join us to learn how to use some of the most innovative products from Fiskars. Using Hannah's Story we will complete a birthday themed project that will give you fresh ways to use some of our hottest products. We will be using gel stickers, epoxy stickers, sparkle papers and much, much more from the Cloud 9 line.

2. 5th Avenue Style with Making Memories
Taught by Jodi Holbrook
DESCRIPTION: Few places in the world promise the sophisticated fashion found on New York’s 5th Avenue. Come for a class and create a 12 x 12 spread centered on the bold black and white designs, accented with reds, pinks and oranges. You’ll learn to use the Making Memories grommet tool as well as the Making Memories Tag Maker tool. Create a page worthy of the clear countertops of 5th avenue boutique!

3. Right of Way with Luxe Designs
Taught by Emily Adams
DESCRIPTION: Where am I going? How did get here? These are timeless questions we ask ourselves when we take a moment for quiet reflection. When you think of it your story is made up of the choices you made, the directions you have taken in your lifetime. This class is all about the directions we take. We'll create a mini album where arrows are the recurring theme. You can use this as a travel album or use it to record your metaphorical journey or the direction your life has taken. Get ready to take a new direction in design with Right of Way!
TYPE OF PROJECT: Mini Album

TOOLS REQUIRED: Students will need to bring a 12" paper trimmer, scissors, dry adhesive, black pen, a vintage photo distress ink pad, stapler, a crop-a-dile, a paper piercer.


4. Spring Fever with Making Memories
Taught by Jodi Holbrook
DESCRIPTION: Spring Fever has arrived and Making Memories in the form of classically clean. Come enjoy these dazzling pages with Making Memories and create 4 12 x 12 layouts. Learn to use the Making Memories Garden Party collection and fun techniques using Clears. This class is stacking with techniques using the using Making Memoires Tools! Learn to use them for the first time, and come and learn a new ideas you can use on future pages!

5. Transparently Yours with Luxe Designs
Taught by Emily Adams
DESCRIPTION: Learn the power of layers by incorporating transparencies in your paper creations. In this technique-oriented workshop we'll explore different ways to use, attach and add creative accents with transparencies. In class we'll create a mini album full of overlays and other clear elements that will be full of inspiration for your scrapbooking.

TOOLS REQUIRED: Students will need to bring a 12" paper trimmer, scissors, dry adhesive, black pen, a black staz-on ink pad, stapler, a crop-a-dile, a paper piercer.


6. Finish Line Scrapbooking with Creating Keepsakes
Taught by Stacy Julian
DESCRIPTION: Join Stacy in this fun and fast-paced workshop that will exercise your mind and creative spirit. As your personal scrapbook trainer, Stacy will push you past common hurdles in scrapbooking by sharing her top “performance-enhancing tips” and timesaving approaches. You are guaranteed to cross the finish line with a completed album and an energized outlook!
TYPE OF PROJECT: 6 x 6 album
SKILL LEVEL: intermediate
TOOLS REQUIRED: note: to participate in this class, you must come prepared with 25 to 40 related pictures (3x5 or 4x6) from an event or trip or other occasion that you would like to scrapbook in a 6x6 theme album. Please also bring a collection of small black embellishments in a sandwich baggie – do not bring more than 50 individual items (brads, clips, tags, small book plates, photo turns, etc.) Basic tools required: paper trimmer, small scissors and adhesive that you can work quickly with!


7. Monogram Mania with Hot Off the Press

DESCRIPTION: Monograms are everywhere and in this class you'll embellish monograms in lots of different ways. You'll sand, ink, stamp, layer and do much more. Then you'll use them on a finished project. You'll be a monogram expert!

8. Photo Freedom: It’s Time to Let Go! with Creating Keepsakes

DESCRIPTION: Stacy has a brand new book that delves deeper into the liberating approach to scrapbooking that she shared in her 2005 best-seller, The Big Picture: Scrapbook Your Life and a Whole Lot More. DESCRIPTION: Who says fast can’t be stunning? At Scenic Route, we’ve perfected the art of simple sophistication and in this class we’ll prove it using our Designer Scrap Strips. We’ll complete 3 two page layouts in class using papers and embellishments from one of our new paper collections, PLUS you’ll leave with all of the supplies to make 1 more 2 page layout. Scenic Route Designer Scrap Strips with coordinating chipboard and stickers are your ticket to productive scrapbooking without giving up stunning results.
