Shipping charges are based on destination and purchase amount. Orders destined for Labrador,
Nunavat, Yukon, NWT, and the United States and abroad, will be charged
the actual shipping amount, minimum $12.50. Otherwise, shipping is as follows:

No returns are accepted without authorization. Call 403.229.0500
to get an authorization number. Items must be returned at your expense.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned items. WE CANNOT ACCEPT
RETURNS OF OUT OF DATE MERCHANDISE, MAGAZINES, STICKERS, PENS, PAPER, BOOKS
AND COMPUTER SOFTWARE. We will gladly replace defective merchandise.
Defective merchandise may be returned for a replacement, please call for an
authorization number.
Manufacturer's defects must be reported to our warehouse within six
months of receiving your order. Please call our warehouse to determine
the appropriate action. Defective product ordered from us that is over
the six month period is to be claimed from the manufacturer.
Damages which may occur during shipping must be reported to our
warehouse within ten days of receiving your order. Please keep any
damaged boxes.
To claim overages/shortages please fax a copy of the invoice with
discrepancies indicated to our warehouse within ten days of receiving
your order.
