Memories Deserve More Than A ShoeboxTM

Scrapbooker's Paradise®

Scraplifting: Copying another designer's page layout exactly, only substituting your own photograph. Example: I would never make an album page from a Paper Pizazz book-that is scraplifting!

Are you scraplifting? If not, you might want to!

A Paper Pizazz book includes 7-10 sample album pages, shown on the front cover and the inside back cover of each book. These pages feature techniques carefully crafted by Hot Off The Press scrapbook specialists.

Paper Pizazz Colored Vellum , for example, offers 10 sample pages, each incorporating a technique like pocket pages, envelopes, knife work, paper quilting, borders and matting, paper piecing, highlighting a special portrait and vellum lettering. There is also Growing a Page (using a sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" paper to make a 12" x 12" page) plus scrapbooking cards and memorabilia and creative color combinations. Or if you refer to make a page by theme rather than technique, the book shows wedding, anniversary, baby, everyday, special portrait, birthday and heritage pages. And we have not even discussed the most obvious topic: working with vellum papers. Tips and ideas for working with vellum are included in the book.

Whew! That is a lot of information packed into one book. But there is more: each Paper Pizazz book offers sheets of paper coordinated by theme and/or color, plus basic instructions and patterns.

Perhaps we should change the definition of scraplifting!

Scraplifting: An indispensable technique that gives scrapbookers great ideas plus papers, patterns and instructions in one handy package.
