I love to use poems that fit just perfectly with my photos, but I don't have a talent for writing poetry, so I must find it. Poetry stickers are great, and the internet is a perfect place to look! There is an increasing number of sites that feature a broad variety of poems and verses that will go with the themes of your pages. Here are some ideas to consider with using poems: 1) When using poems, you can print them out or you can write them by hand. Be sure to use acid-free paper if they will be touching your photographs. 2) When creating your layouts, consider any music that may have played a part in your life at that time, and include the lyrics to that song. For example, near my wedding photos, I have a portion of the words to our favorite love song. 3) Are you including movie ticket stubs in your scrapbook? Why not include a portion of the lyrics to that movies theme song. 4) For a inexpensive baby shower gift, print up a special poem for the mother-to-be on a adorable baby printed scrapbooking paper.
